Q.How do I add a book?

Tap the orange + button, then Scan a barcode or Search by title. You can also add one manually.

Q.What does Folio+ include?

An unlimited shelf, your full Wrapped recap and insights, reading-pace & finish-date projections, and your reading personality. It's $4.99/month or $39.99/year with a 3-day free trial.

Q.How do I cancel Folio+?

Open the app → Settings → tap your Folio+ Member card → Cancel. You can also manage it anytime in your store settings: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Q.Can I get my data out?

Yes — Settings → Your data → Export gives you a JSON or CSV backup. You can Import it back anytime.

Q.How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete everything. This permanently removes your account and all synced data.

Q.My streak disappeared, or a freeze didn't apply

Streaks update from your reading sessions. If something looks off, email us with what happened and we'll sort it out.
